NeoValys undertakes to process Users' personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Data collected

Information provided directly by the User (name, e-mail address, telephone number, account details, etc.).
Browsing and platform usage data (IP address, device type, browsing history, etc.).
Financial data, only if applicable (in the case of paid services, depending on the means of payment chosen).

Purpose of processing

Provision of the services offered on the platform.
Management and personalization of the User experience.
Communication with Users, including customer support and sending relevant notifications.
Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Users rights

Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, object to processing and request portability of their personal data. To exercise these rights, they can contact support@neovalys.com.

Security measures

NeoValys implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration. In the event of a cyber attack beyond the User's control, NeoValys reserves the right to take the necessary measures, according to the seriousness of the incident, including the possibility of involving specialized third party professionals to monitor and verify whether the compromised data has been misused.

Retention period

Data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for a longer period.
